BLIK SK, formerly known as VIAMO, has expanded its partnership with Tatra banka, one of Slovakia's largest banks. Soon, users of the Tatra Banka VIAMO mobile app will be able to make online purchases faster, more conveniently, and securely using the BLIK payment method. This new service involves generating a 6-digit BLIK code in the mobile app, which is then entered into the payment form, followed by transaction confirmation in the mobile banking application.
CEO of BLIK SK, Lubo Pozgay, expressed confidence that Slovakian e-consumers will appreciate this innovative payment solution, which has already been popular among Polish bank clients. Lukáš Mochňák, head of Tatra banka's mobile applications department, highlighted the new feature as a significant advancement in online payment methods while maintaining high security standards.
