Klarna, a global payments network and shopping assistant, has introduced "Apple from Klarna," a new storefront within the Klarna app and website where customers can purchase Apple products using flexible payment options. This makes Klarna an official Apple reseller and introduces a new payment plan called Upgrade Financing. This plan allows customers to buy the latest Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac models starting at just $7.99 per month. At the end of the loan term, customers can either trade in their device for an upgrade or keep it with a final, interest-free payment.
Klarna's CEO, Sebastian Siemiatkowski, highlighted the convenience this brings to the company's 25 million active US consumers. The launch aligns with Klarna's mission to offer seamless shopping experiences and more payment choices.
