Marketing specialist HubSpot reports that customers and prospects are increasingly favoring AI tools like ChatGPT for quick, personalized answers, with usage up 37%, while traditional search engine use is down 11%. This shift necessitates a new focus for marketers—Language Model Optimization (LMO).
To assist with this transition, HubSpot has launched AI Search Grader, a free tool designed to help brands understand their presence in AI search results. The tool provides an overall grade, brand sentiment score, and Share of Voice (SOV) score. It also offers personalized analysis to help marketers improve brand awareness and sentiment.
According to Nicholas Holland, VP of Product and GM of Marketing Hub at HubSpot, the AI Search Grader eliminates the need for manual testing and AI expertise, simplifying the process of LMO for marketers globally.
