At the recent ServiceNow Knowledge 2024 conference in Las Vegas, ServiceNow and Microsoft announced a pioneering integration between their GenAI platforms, Now Assist and Copilot. This collaboration marks the first of its kind, enabling seamless data and information exchange between the two platforms.


Dorit Zilbershot, VP of Product Management, AI, and Innovation at ServiceNow, highlighted the integration as a significant advancement for enterprise efficiency, reducing time on administrative tasks and providing real-time insights. The partnership allows for intuitive interaction between Now Assist and Microsoft Copilot, facilitating a more connected and productive work environment. Examples of the integration's capabilities include streamlined assistance for common workplace tasks, such as scheduling, and IT support within Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.


This initiative underscores both companies' commitment to enhancing workplace productivity through GenAI and signals new opportunities for ServiceNow channel partners and customers to maximize the utility of the Now platform.
