During the Knowledge 2024 event, ServiceNow and Fujitsu Limited unveiled a strategic partnership aimed at driving business transformation across various sectors globally. The partnership will see the launch of the Fujitsu-ServiceNow Innovation Center in Kawasaki City, Japan, focusing on digital transformation and enhancing customer success.
This initiative will predominantly target the manufacturing sector, aiming to streamline Engineering Chain Management (ECM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations through automation and integrated solutions. The collaboration will leverage ServiceNow’s AI-first platform and Fujitsu’s industry expertise to offer innovative, data-driven management solutions, aiming to solve complex operational challenges and societal issues.
Additionally, the partnership will enhance customer support by combining Fujitsu’s advisory services with ServiceNow Impact, aiming for global availability later this year. Fujitsu also plans to utilize ServiceNow tools to improve business operations efficiency, anticipating a reduction in incidents by about 30%.
In recognition of its efforts, Fujitsu received the 2024 RiseUp with ServiceNow Worldwide Partner of the Year award, alongside several APAC regional accolades from ServiceNow.
