Oracle launches new AI functionalities to boost sales


Oracle has recently announced the introduction of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) functionalities within its Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX), aimed at empowering marketers, sellers, and service agents to expedite deal cycles. These AI enhancements will automate labor-intensive tasks, allowing professionals to target, engage, and serve customers more effectively, leading to increased sales velocity.


Katrina Gosek, VP of product strategy at Oracle Cloud CX, highlighted the potential of AI in enhancing customer interactions across sales, service, and marketing domains. The AI capabilities, built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and designed to ensure data privacy and security, cover over 50 generative AI use cases. These include Gen AI Assisted Answer Generation for quicker customer responses, Assisted Scheduling for Field Service optimizing technician schedules, Opportunity Identification for effective B2B engagement, Gen AI Assisted Authoring for impactful marketing content, and Seller Engagement Recommendations to improve buyer interactions.


All these enhancements are geared towards making organizations more competitive, increasing productivity, and reducing operational costs while respecting customer data privacy.
